She wouldn't, the joke was not even created by me, I heard it right after she died.

The implication was the plane crash caused so much damage body parts were strewn about, including her head and shoulders(not sure if that is true, some DJ made this joke).

Plus she was a lady yo, they be loving the hair washing. Plus shopping and shoes.
