salt and pepper to taste.
maybe some cajun for added. flavour. keep in mind that most cajun seasoning mixes are 30% straight sodium. so if you do go that route, watch how much salt you add.

personally i like to mix scotch bonnet sauce with franks red hot, diced pickled jalapeno, and cajun spice.
then cook it into some breaded chicken.
flavour town!
