i watch these cooking competition shows and i wonder how people make mistakes. cooking is easy. its easy to do. and people who are cooks seem to mess it up far too often.
i make mistakes. but its never like that.
its our job to work under pressure.
you cant do a service and be that flustered. you just cant.
