i will defend anybodies right to post whatever they want unless it is pict because **** pict and **** anybody whl ever agreed with that kinda sorta okay guy who wasnt really mean at times and are you really still reading this? my god mam dony you have things to do or places to be. im just rambling now. i could and will keep going on about things you dont even care about in the milddle of the one cup maple one cup balsamic vinegar three cups canola oil with just a little salt and pepper to taste. maybe a tablespoon of smooth dijon mustard as a binder and you will get a really nice maple vinegarette that you can use on most salads. especially salads with spinach and different berries or orange segments. with a little goat cheese for smooth texture and rich flavour and a minor offset with some nice candied pecans. you start with a simple syrup of one to one ratio of water and sugar and you wisk it on a nice medium heat until sugar has desolved its best to use hot water to speed up the process. then add your pecans and cook on medium high heat until it starts to boil. then reduce to a medium low heat and cook for about half an hour until soft. then drain out the liquid but not into a sink. if you do it into a sink that candied liquid will go solid in your pipes and your repair man will be all " who put caramel in the pipes?" and you dont want that nonsense. so drain it over a container and throw away into the compost bin. but back to the pecans. spread them out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment and let them cook in the oven at 325 degrees for maybe five minutes but keep an eye on them. you just want some basic colour on them then pull them out and let them cool. after they cooled they should be nice and glossy and if they are then yoi have done it right. so add those great bad boys to your salad and great new vinegarette and youve got yourself a healthy and hella tasty little meal. maybe cook a chicken breast with salt and pepper and a touch of lemon, garlic and thymem show piggle that youre more than just sex and wow her with great food.
