Nah, FOX isn't government owned. Just like the government isn't in charge of the show Roseanne so even that isn't a free speech issue.

But definitely the NFL thing isn't a free speech issue and the people saying it was just aren't very bright.

Sidenote: I loved the whining about them "caving". If they had "caved" and said "you can kneel all you want" they'd love it. Oh leftist weasels...
