Well it said canadian bacon on the menu.

It's just a different type of ham. It is great on pizza.

Real "Canadian Bacon" is Back Bacon, which is made from a mixture of meat from the back and belly of the pig. It's like a leaner bacon.

Edit: Seems Back Bacon doesn't always include meat from the side/belly. Who knew!
