If you're looking for an honest answer, there is a news site I go to which every week posts a bunch of different memes, most are political. I post them and he tends to flip out and insult me. Or just gets really irritated and makes 3-4 posts in a row over a meme. It's hilarious lol.
Other posters are more civil, sometimes a political meme posted has lead to a discussion. Not all of them are productive, but they aren't hostile.

The stuff about crime skyrocketing after Khan took over as mayor is laughable – the Tories have repeatedly cut police funding across the country, police chiefs have spoken about this publicly and admonished the government over it, but Those Tory Bastards haven't listened to a word they've said. Irrelevant to the balloon thing, but still relevant to the article posted. Blaming Khan for that is ridiculous.

But he is kind of a baby for being triggered over this. He's clearly doing it because of his past spats with Trump. It would be hypocritical not to allow this balloon. The very act of doing that shows he is being a baby lol.
I'm curious if he would have allowed a balloon for a visiting Saudi Prince?
