Quebec is my favorite album of theirs because they do this for TONS of genres on that album

They separated Church and State, they should do something similar with corporations. Commercial interest in politics is increasingly becoming a problem, it's basically who has the best lobbiers who gets to run / win these days.

Irrelevant to me, the separation of church and state. Why? Cuz f*ck the church they still hold way too much power lol. Way too much.

Once I've accomplished what I want in pro wrestling I'm gonna try become prime minister

'Minister Prime' sounds classier and more imposing

This would be a good start, unfortunately, there was a supreme court decision some years back that did the exact opposite.
Assumedly directly due to the interests of high-paying lobbiers, right? Corruption is hard to reverse without some kind of revolution, and I don't think anybody wants that. Kind of a lose-lose situation atm

I've been liking that album a lot, it does have a ridiculously high hit-rate of great tracks

But of all of the Quebec tracks the one I've had in my head the most for the past few weeks for some reason is So Many People in the Neighborhood

Even before there were technically legal ways to get around donation-limit caps

Pretty much the entire Republican party could be considered spokespeoople for the Church. At least Trump is a Repub Pres who isn't in the thrall of religion, I guess

Just in the thrall of Big Money and, well, himself, instead
