When I get beyond angry, I shut myself away so as not to say things that I’ll be unable to take back or things I’ll regret later once I’ve calmed down

This is my coping method

My family always moan that I walk off when an argument starts

But if I stayed and argued then I’d lose it and ppl may end up dead

Just go brush your teeth when you can't cope and you'll feel like talking again as soon as your done.
