Lol no it can't. It can make you resemble one. For example let us say you walshy undergo surgery to do it. Then you turn to a life of crime. At a crime scene you cut yourself and leave some blood.

When the cops test the blood it's not going to come back female. What our science can do right now is change your appearance via surgery and also give you hormones, but we cannot actually make a man a woman.
