Maybe he thought his name alone would be enough, but he hasn't made a noteworthy movie in quite a while. Also maybe he's banking on a big payout from Netflix/Amazon/Hulu to get it streaming in a few months or something and doesn't really care that much about the theatrical release side of it.

The one good thing that came from the movie X-Men The Last Stand was the video game based on it. You get to do this cool fight where you're Nightcrawler and you fight Multiple Man.

Wrestlemania 2000 is the best balanced wrestling game of all time as well. It was infuriating trying to beat The Undertaker though always enjoyable.
