I’m making a thing I’ve never made before so hope it tastes ok

What is it?

I’ve chopped and sautéed turkey sausages with onion and garlic

Then I’ve put them in a dish with whisked eggs, tomatoes and cooked new potatoes and just waiting for it to set in the oven

Classic modern Spaghetti Western. And I watched clips of some of the fights and plus my Facebook feed was nothing but UFC posts. So I basically watched it.
