Anyone remember Eurekas Castle?

I'm hoping I can find the local Mexican Restaurant that I saw last week.
It had on the window that said Authentic Mexican Restaurant or Authentic Mexican Food
Because I want to eat at that Mexican restaurant which I have high exceptions for since it has that kind of advertisement on it's Window.

To be honest I never heard of Eurekas Castle and I grew up during the 90s when Nickelodeon had All That, that great cartoon Ahh Real Monsters a possible inspiration for Monsters Inc, Genesis and SNES 2 video game systems competition, Michael Jordan and the Bulls ruled the NBA, The Bills finding 4 glorious ways to lose 4 consecutive Super Bowls, etc.

Don't forget about dunkaroos and pogs
