Survivor series 1999 main event was advertised to be stone cold Vs triple h Vs the rock

This was also the same night stone cold got hit by a car by "rikishi" cause triple h told him to or something

So

The main event ends up being big show Vs triple h Vs the rock, what a dick tease right? All those guys been in multi man matches before but that original main event never actually happened

I think this was when Austin took time off to deal with his neck issues. Owen Hart f*cked him up in the summer of 1997 and he didn't take the proper time off to heal because his career was just starting to really take off. So he'd been putting it off for over 2 years by that point.

Yeah that's right, it would've been cool to see how things would turn out if he never hurt his neck, when he was gone, it meant the rock and triple h were the top guys and if he didn't maybe that never would've happened

Also stone cold is like the only guy I've ever heard say something negative about Owen Hart because he never apologised or went to see him after breaking his neck, everyone else loved Owen

In his book he talks about thinking it was reckless of Owen to be able to think he could have successfully pulled the move off.
