I roast my Turkey too, but Deep Frying brings out flavor, according to Google.

From what I understand, deep fried turkey is delicious as the rapid cooking of the skin in the hot oil locks in the majority of the juices. It's also far quicker, about an hour vs four in cook-time.

I've thought of doing one for a few Thanksgivings now, but always end up roasting in the oven/traditional or going to someone else's house.
