This year for Thanksgiving we're doing something different. Nobody is cooking anything, my aunt made reservations at a restaurant downtown and is treating everybody.

I do thank them for it. The natives were no better, they engaged in slavery, butchering each other, and stealing each others lands. They just came up against someone just as shitty, but with better technology.
