i don't think any priority should be given to anyone in equal need of medical assistance, for any reason, since it sets an exploitable precedent. in an ideal world your wish could be granted; but in order to accomplish that in this world, you could possibly/potentially/definitely/betyourballsonit pave a road to hell with good intentions.

justice and medicine should never mix. i will hold to this ideal even if i'm #2 on the waiting list for a new heart behind donald trump.
