We didn't do much wrestling today barely broke a sweat it was more a lecture on nutrition how to lose weight gain muscle, it was really interesting but like personally I've got the gist already like, eat good and work out you'll look n feel good if you don't you'll feel shit I mean that covers a lot of what was said really. Think that we more trying to plug their supplement thing. I'm still unsure if I want to try that stuff.
