Whyyy do I keep waking up at this hour? Before I couldn't get to sleep before 5am, now I'm consistently getting up at 6/7am, I don't like it, I work evenings for a reason

I'm still lying in bed, just looking at the same few apps I always do on my phone. Might have cereal in a sec. Wbu?

Gonna down some Zquill and Allergy Pills and hope for some Funky Dreams when I go to bed.

I am trying to sleep. Built a fort. Underneath a few layers of blankets.
