My dog ate a dark chocolate digestive biscuit so now we have to watch her for 24hrs to make sure she’s gonna be ok

How much does she weigh? How long has it been since she ate it?

Well symptoms usually show up within 6-12 hours.

She’s a miniature schnauzer, so about 5kg I think

It was 3/4 hours ago, she’s seemed fine since so fingers crossed it wasn’t enough to do any harm

She should be okay, but take her to the vet if she pukes. I had a medium sized black lab and she once ate an entire plate of brownies and nothing happened.

Yeah I’ve told my dad to keep an eye on her as she sleeps in his room and given him details for the 24hr vet if anything happens
