Boiled some spaghetti and a couple eggs for lunch.

When done, I add butter to the spaghetti, smash up the hard boiled eggs into little bits; mixing it all together. Topping it off with some nice grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (that's Parmesan cheese to you plebs).

Locatelli romamo is what real italians use but good luck with that
