So a 14 yr. old shot two people on the red line, good news...he's free on the streets now, yay! Despite having 16 previous convictions for crimes the 14 yr. old was let free without even the electronic monitor the prosecutors requested.

So next time I see someone whining about the cops in Chicago I'm just gonna point to these judges letting these thugs run free and say "shut the f*ck up".
