If you said it already— then I missed it

To check my iron levels

I was borderline anaemic once so I need to get them checked every now and again to make sure my iron levels are doing ok

Also I have menorrhagia so that affects it too

The only thing I am missing from not eating meat is B12 and I take a supplement for that

Oh my mate keeps telling me to get b12 injections

She does them at her salon

But they are pricey

Do you find the supplements make any difference?
