My name is luckily already unisex, if anything it's quite female. I have a weird double-barrelled name from my hippie / punk parents that tends to be mispronounced as more feminine than it is, so I actually get a vague amusement and satisfaction out of keeping my birth name. I could change it to the true feminine version but since it could be a male or female name anyway idc (it's also a biblical male name and a Japanese female name, which adds to the wonderful confusion)
