No, but I did hear about people getting pissed off after it got cancelled after one season and they demanded more transparency from netflix.

No not yet I think the last book of his I read was Doctor Sleep and I did so shortly before it was announced that it would be made into a movie. How is it?

That sucks. Did you watch Charmed? I actually watched a lot of reruns of the show because I missed a lot of school due to back surgery in my final year of high school and they'd show a bunch of episodes every morning.

I haven't read it either. Originally I was going to skip the show until I did but I think I may just dive in

Even though I haven't read it, if this was a movie I'd tell you to wait and read the book because a lot of stuff from the book might not be included since they'd most likely only have 120-140 minutes to tell the story.

But this is a mini series on tv and they will have 600 minutes to tell the story and I will point out the book doesn't even have 600 pages.

Has anyone watched the tv show "Mr. Mercedes" ? It's based on a trilogy of novels by King. The 3rd season ended in November of 2019. Since it's based on a trilogy that might be the final season since each season might represent a book. Though looking it up I haven't seen anything about it being cancelled.

I have been meaning to watch it. Though I will note it's not horror they are detective novels of the hardboiled variety.
