I saw someone make a comment saying they cut him from the newest Pirates movie cuz of Amber's claims.

Yeah it's hard to give her the benefit of the doubt.

It’s pretty typical if she is the abuser for the man to get the blame.

It’s so common for abuse against men to get looked over because he’s a man right, should be able to defend himself against a woman, silly man

Why doesn't poetry twitter understand how to effectively use rhythm / metrics, rhyme, alliteration, spacing, metaphor, simile, visual imagery, and basically any poetic device at all? These ****ers have probably never even written blank verse smh

the strange thing is, at least in the US, rates of domestic abuse of men against women really aren't much higher than women against men it's roughly equal.

This reminds me of how in my junior year in high school our english teacher made the entire class entire some poetry contest and I won first place lol.

I looked upon a field of writhing words:
Each one was cast by meagre freedom's verse.
