What I meant was, have the sports divided by biological sex, so that transmen and biological women play together, and transwomen and biological men play together. Since we're moving towards acceptance of transmen as just 'men', and transwomen as just 'women', then that would by definition create intergender sports, but still sports defined by biological sex to keep it fair.
so then if you're right, no women will make the cut and the "problem" sorts itself out. i sincerely doubt that any intergender sports would operate on an affirmative action scheme and only scout the best athletes. do you honestly believe that none of them could be women?
Unless I'm mistaken about what you're saying?

Let's get rid of the WNBA and let them all tryout for NBA teams and let the chips fall where they may.
You will agree...right?
The right is still too concerned about transpeople socially passing as the other gender, and the left is WAY too concerned about admitting that transpeople were born the gender they don't identify as. We just need to start ironing this out a bit y'know, figure out what makes sense and what is fair, and understand where both sides are coming from.

why? unless we're talking about football/boxing/rugby and other "sports" where concussions are common, what threat to the sport does a trans woman pose? most of them seem to have been hormonally reassigned nowadays. that shit does way more than give you t1ts, bruh

My feeling is...if you're a man who can pass as a woman you haven't felt much change. Nobody is questioning the bathroom you wanna use if you look female.

Do you feel like equal treatmeant would not produce females that can outmove men?Surtur
You say this as if there already isn't equal treatment.
To be fair there isn't. Men tend to get longer prison sentences than women, for the same crime. Feminists don't spout off about this though.
If you had to guess why, what reason would you give?
Six Point Plan to Solve the Trans Issue:
— Understand that birth sex is immutable, but one can feasibly live socially as the other gender.
— Recognise that gender dysphoria is a mental condition that can be treated through therapy. Therapy for GD is NOT the same as 'praying the gay away'.
— Be fine with people choosing their own clothing, without forcing styles upon anyone. If most men want to dress masculine (which they do), let them. It makes transpeople more comfortable living as the gender they want to identify as.
— Gender reassignment should not be viable or allowed until someone is at least 18 years old and has gone through therapy. Perhaps therapy won't work for everyone, or perhaps some people would just be willing to pay for the process, but they have to be old enough to make their own decision.
— Male, Female AND Unisex single-stall toilets
— Everyone just chill the **** out we'll get through this I swear we always do just stop ****ing screeching ffs
