George would have taken the threat seriously from the start at least. I think any other modern president would have done a better job here.
None of this: "This is their new hoax!", "We have it totally under control. It's one person coming in from China, and we have it under control.", "We're going down, not up. We're going very substantially down, not up." lies etc.
