Yeah, not so sure about Nacho, can see it going either way, but more likely he gets a bullet and Mike doesn't like.

I think after ep 9, Lalo knows everything; I don't think he actually bought Kim's solid story, just had second thoughts and decided he can use Jimmy to his advantage.
