In my basement in the back corner is our fuse box. Above it you could technically go up and be walking on the basement ceiling.

Well a high chair(used for the bar) had been moved into the corner. She was able to jump onto the chair and then jump up to where she could walk on the ceiling.

She walked on a few panels before it caved in and she fell through.

Also you were on about cartoons but no one said Simpsons or South park

Did that cause much damage?

That literally happened to me at my sister's, me and my dad were putting a radiator in or moving it but we had the floor boards up to deal with the pipes and I stepped back and my leg fell through the floor into the lounge so my leg was just sticking out

They had to get someone to plaster part of the ceiling

Two ceiling panels needed to be replaced

Still can't believe you got a bar in your basement
