Thinking of ordering from Cheesecake Factory

I didn’t have lunch or dinner

But I don’t wanna leave my room and have to talk to my family

So I’m just not eating today

I’ve just got to focus on not hurting myself because the urge is real

My dads always downstairs. He doesn’t go to bed anymore, he just naps on and off in his chair and idk when

do u have head phones, put some on and plug them into ur phone and go in the kitchen and pretend to be listening to music while getting food
