I don't know what the statute of limitations are but the UK and the US have extradition agreement.

You should at least own your substance abuse problems. Part of denying you have a problem is blaming others. People like to joke and send you the links to get help but you should genuinely get help. Instead of bullying others all day, try to do something about your addictions and internet bullying.

I really really hope you haven't driven anyone to harm themselves with your obsessive abuse. Your bullying has caused harm to others and it likely caused others to harm themselves.

I've strongly encouraged him to do better and be better. He's a grown man. To continue to harp on it is likely going to cause the opposite result as no one wants to be nagged.

If he "drinks my Koolaid", he would be better and do better. That's a win for everyone.

Indirectly mocking him for listening to any advice to get better is super super shitty. This is part of why I reported you. I really hope someone with authority addresses your bullying.

It's good you put him on ignore regardless of having to make cringey and creepy digs at me. At least it will stop the bullying from one source if you can resist unblocking him just to mock him again.
