Holy shit, it says steel cut in big ass letters and I never thought to check.

The oats I have are 100% boneless and steel cut.

Try this, cook them with sliced banana and walnut halves or chunks. Use a bit of maple syrup to sweeten more if you need, but no more than a teaspoon.

But I'm still full. Friday or Saturday are my pizza day. I only ate once today. I cannot fit anymore into my stomach.

No, for breakfast over the weekend one day. Very filling, not loads of sugar and lots of energy to start the morning. Also lots of fiber so you'll shit hugely come noon.

I'm starting to wonder if I should try more nuts.

I've eaten them lots of times, but tbh, they're not my go to thing and I kinda hate them, but with a lot of other things, they're okay. I mean, I've got bananas and walnuts but no porridge XD so idk.....
