Went to a seminar where a former hacker turned Navy consultant explained why social media is bad.

If you're not paying for it, you're the product. Of course he explained why and it is quite obvious one you dig into the business model.

I know Facebook is bad - but I rarely post on there

I have Instagram too but also rarely post

I know they are ALL bad
