I’m 3 months, 10 days smoke free

Yeah I don’t think it’ll last.. I think about smoking all the time still

But Welshy is happy

Apparently "once a smoker, always a smoker" is a real thing, my hasn't had a smoke in 25 years but she still thinks about it a lot

Last time I quit for four months.. then gave in

So we’ll see

It’s easy during lockdown not to smoke, it’s when I get into real situations like working or out drinking that the real tests will happen

I'm the opposite way, if I'm doing stuff then I don't need cigs, but sitting around with time on my hands makes me want to roll up a bind

Well I never really smoke much at home

It’s totally a social thing for me

So I sorted mine out
