Yeah

depends on how sensitive you are to it. if you sweat like a faucet when eating spicy food, probably not a good idea

I didn’t get the Indian genes

i can handle the heaviest of thai spice, but chili peppers are too much. even mild will numb my tastebuds (except for the pain), so i don't bother
