this planet is not ready to join the federation. we'll touch base again in 50 years
I got my therapy, I thought I was gonna talk about the negative stuff from the last couple weeks but I ended up naturally talking about the good stuff instead. Made me realise that there're way more positives in my life rn than negatives and that I was just being silly.
Now I just feel generally p good and chill, I need to stop fretting over stuff when life is mostly pretty great

I can't drink pop anymore. I haven't honestly like it in years. Even as a kid I wasn't big on Pepsi or coke. There was a woman I used to see every day at the bus stop, every single day she had three big bottles of coke from the store. It can't be healthy if that's all you're buying.
I also saw a lady and son in the store. Their grocery cart was full of just pop. No food. No other drinks. Just pop
At the checkout right behind me.
I've known people who drink tonnes of the stuff and yeah it can't be good in the long run
