I think if you make a crass tweet when you're 30 even if you're 40 now it's a red flag at least, cause you should know better. But yeah people can grow and become better people even then. It's a bigger indicator of behaviour if someone has made crass posts over social media over several years.

Lot of what has come out isn't about that tho, a lot is through private messages or not even that, just irl stuff
