Plus he only plays bass and sings BVs, not like he's that important to the rest of the band. A lot of Kiss's music is pure shit, but I highly enjoy their bangers such as Deuce, Love Gun, Strutter

Gd harmonies are underrated

And it's something they always done which I appreciate like imagine being 16 and having these soppy love songs full of harmonies in gilman street full of punk or die kids

It's why I always liked Rest off their first album even tho it's barely mentioned even by hardcore green day fans

You can really hear the Hüsker Dü, Replacements and Descendents on the first couple of Green Day albums. The guitar tone in Rest is very Bob Mould-esque
