Go get a bunch of epsum salts or ex-lax and drink it 1.5 hours before the dinner, you won't be leaving your bathroom.

If that is to much get a bottle of syrup of epikak and enjoy being hunched over your toilet bowl.

Either way you get out of dinner and you'll probably lose a couple poounds 😉
