I like oily fish like sardines, herring, salmon, mackerel and anchovies, but I don't eat them often. Although cod and haddock are nice too.

I have mackerel most as it’s decently priced

Salmon I love but it’s pricey to buy salmon fillets so it’s more like a treat

Cod I have mostly when buying fish and chips

occasionally buy breaded haddock

And sea bass I’ll only have when eating out

It’s similar to cod, very subtle but when cooked well it’s beautiful, delicate and complimentary
