I mean jeez this is a big can of worms to open, but just take Chandler and his treatment of Janice. It was just played for laughs and it was funny.

You seem confused Piggle. I never said it was real life. I was talking about how good they are morally speaking. On a sitcom the horribleness is played for laughs, in real life it would not be so funny.

So if we judge them based on how we judge people, they are bad people.

It's okay. Hell one of my favorite shows is Sons of Anarchy and literally anyone who isn't a child is awful.

Here I will give you another example:

Always Sunny. Great characters, but they are not good people lol. They are all awful.
