I mean okay in all honesty if that is a no you need to do so.

If u have been taking it as prescribed maybe talk to your doctor. Depending on how long you have been on the medication perhaps there is a better version, or he can up your dose.

I been eating slim Jim’s and dried fruit for snacks.

I barely knew of him but I listen to Jim cornette podcast now and then and he worked with him and he had small runs everywhere but lots of indie guys were saying how he was helpful and a great guy etc
