only time i play gta5 now is when i feel like creating traffic jams and making the AI blow themselves up. i used to love following the cop cars around on their patrolls, because 10/10 they'd get pissed at someone and chase them down within seconds. they fixed that with an update, because it's not as much fun anymore.
Bodyfat is just inflammation of the blood vessels in your skin.
The best way to reduce bodyfat is to give those bloodvessels time to clear out. The lower your histamine levels you have the longer it takes, the less time it takes for the blood vessels of the epidermis to cleanse themselves the harder it is to gain weight.
The best way to increase histamines is (intensity of cardio + volume resistance) ÷ (number of times getting winded + number of times failing to finish a lift).
The more intense cardio I did was just speeding up the entire ****ing time during a mile dash. Dashing can go on longer than a sprint, and unlike cross country you have to maintain a very uncomfortable pace. At the end you try to sprint and you just can't, the last 100 meters you're just somewhere between sprinting and dashing. Then it was just volume exercises,
At the height of my fitness I would do that weekly, followed by swimming several laps, following by diving. Go home, and climb, or rock climbing. Rock climbing is an excellent burnouts but at the height of my fitness I did not have the best definition, I had that later just from getting a mediocre fitness routine by comparison and a little extra overall caloric restriction (time spent cleansing those blood vessels over a 1 year period got me visceral). But because my fascea was starved of nutrients it looked like I had less muscle but you actually never lose muscle fibers that have been trained, not functionally, until you start aging. Some people don't start aging until later.
Clean and jerk can also be a brutal lift. It is the most body muscle inclusive single lift, and a lot of quick twitch fibers are hit doing it. But I think rock climbing is the most inclusive for overall muscles in the body, if you do it until failure that's the single most calories you can burn other than 1 mile or 800 meter dash.
