I've picked up on a foreign language I was never taught, understanding a short sentence based on context and few similar sounding words. Anyway if you understood the math you'd know why such dormant singularities can create a super intelligence far greater than anything that can exist in today's universe other than the entangled reverse or dreams rate human consciousness that it survives as.
The idea is that as another dormant singularity hits it, the gravity is so strong that they fling each other light-years apart in an instant (literal). And they keep moving FTL. Enough of these objects will form a similar pattern to the electromagnetic field of the human brain only much much faster.
