I sadly found someone else using or used the Mike dynamite name in a SoCal backyard promotion in the early 00s so idk if I feel ok using that name or maybe it'll be fine and I pretend I didn't see it

Depends how much stuff they did. If it's just a few references then it's probably fine, if he's well-known then probably find a new name. But if he isn't famous then it should be ok. If you end up getting called out for it in the future, then that's just a chance to reinvent yourself a la Foley
