I’m having sleep tea 🍵. John Tesh says go Greek. He said eat feta. I do that.

He said the average Greek woman uses 4 tablespoons of olive 🫒 oil a day in meals.

Let’s start doing those two things. It’s supposed to cut heart disease by 40%.

I like to cook with olive oil. I don’t normally eat feta cheese, but it is nice. In fact I like white cheeses the best.
