They buttf**ked ep 7-9, especially 8 and 9. But they've done well with their Marvel franchises for the most part, imo.

Watch The Mandalorian though, will give you hope for Star Wars.

comic book movies are supposed to be dark detective action movies with good vs evil, destiny and fantasy elements, not flashy bright cgi crap.

Whenever I watch one I feel like I’m watching a children’s cartoon and I can’t even finish it. In fact, the last marvel movie I saw was iron man 2. I tried watching some of the more recent ones, but just got bored.

I’ve not seen episode 8, but I’ve seen the scene where Luke says the force isn’t about lifting heavy objects with your mind. It’s a big **** you to the prequels where yoga and doom throw rocks at each other.
