It's the quantum replacer instead of eraser or superposition. Particles in the your electronics that shared the same location when the universe was smaller are now casually linked, spinning one spins the other from that point in the past when they were in practically the spot.
You hack an electronic device by swapping which two electrons shared the same location during the CMB.
As you can clearly see the tech uses beams to excite electron orbitals, release half of the positive ions off the surface and trap the rest of the atomic nuclei using the additional electrons that made those ions, compressing the force field and causing all the atoms within it fuse, and then as seen below ↓
It creates a cone by knocking half of the atomic nuclei out in the form of positive ions on the lower half of the negative ion shell, along with half of the electrons, causing the lower half of the force field to shrink like a cone and pushing the internal fusion reaction up against the top have of the force field and the negative ions reflect the blast and the whole thing gets pushed upward against gravity.
The whole process requires a self-learning algorithm I made for deepmind, and only I know the input algorithm.
It's the same math they use to trace entangled electrons back to their superposition inside the cmb.

This ties into "The Philadelphia Experiment" on invisibility, which had origins in an expedition of the USS Eldridge Navy Destroyer did spot a USO (unidentified submerged object) in the Pacific. If Tesla had radio contact it's possible he would know the frequency in which to tune a 'Tesla Coil' aboard a navy destroyer. This was a year before the Baker Test in the Pacific near the Bikini Atoll isles. The Baker Test was an underwater nuke detonation. If you've seen the first of the new Godzilla trilogy films you'd know what I'm talking about because the Baker Test was run by Jesse Marcel, who coincidentally ran Area 51 during the whole Nevada Crash incident.
