Only thing I can think of is circumcisions happen at 3 to erase certain memories through trauma, and after light therapy they integrate the child into whatever lot in live he’d be best suited for and usually have him make a kid at giving him two chances at odd dates in his lifetime. Mine 21 and 33.
Now they take certain lineages and integrate chimp and orangutan based hominids with a favoring in one or the other primate line for a set number of generations to change traits (in my case favoring orangutans since the Moors integrated with Aryan Sicilians) until the skin color became purely white. Then they reintegrated the chimp predominate lineages favoring chimp for generations.
This may cause species permutations, we don’t see this behavior in most other mammals of the canine or feline line unless you want to make different dogs or cats.
